N.O.A.H.’s Foundation Inc. currently has priority access to a new affordable housing opportunity that has not yet been publicly released. The property consists of eighty (80) one-bedroom apartment units anticipated to become available beginning June 2026.

• One-bedroom units
• $1,800 monthly rent
• Utilities are not included
• Maximum occupancy: three (3) people per unit
• Housing vouchers accepted
• Flexible credit requirements
• No prior evictions accepted
• Verifiable monthly income of $4,000–$4,500 required
• N.O.A.H.’s Foundation Inc. will assist eligible households with move-in costs
• On-site laundry facilities available for residents
• Parking available on a first come, first serve basis
• Units anticipated to be available beginning June 2026

Due to the limited availability and anticipated demand, interested applicants are encouraged to express interest as soon as possible. Final approval is subject to property management screening, income verification, and unit availability.
